As some of our owners and friends will know, Greyhound Rescue have now moved to near Boston, Lincolnshire.

We have been lucky enough to have been able to buy a permanent property that solely belongs to the charity and its rescuee's. Hopefully in years to come it will benefit retired greyhounds for as long as the job of caring for these dogs can be passed onto devoted people to run it.

There is always an aim to focus on and the purchase of this property was our main goal. The next aim will be to find a special person or persons to take the rescue over when our trustees etc retire (which will hopefully be some time yet)

Since September when we moved, another project has been on the go, a large extention to the already used kennels. This will of course accomodate more rescuees when the building is finished and a portion of the existing building we hope to be fitted out with a kitchen/shower room etc for the dogs. It has been quite a frustrating few months with everything happening but in the end it will be wothwhile and very nice for the dogs during their time spent here  while waiting for that special new home.
