Dear Karen,

We just wanted to write to you too say a massive "thank You" for letting us adopt Gamble. He is such a gentle, fun loving, caring, easy going dog that its almost beyond comprehension. He has come into our home and settled in no problem; he has never made a mess; never chewed, doesn't make a noise ( only barks when the post arrives as there is often a chew stick pushed through for him)! and generally taken it all in his stride.

We love him to bits and we think he does actually feel the love we have for him, but we can also feel his love for us in return. What ever we are doing Gamble fits in no problem. He always comes when called and is good as gold, he never tries to give us the run around. Gamble is a true family member rather than just a pet; its like he tries to make a contribution too for the greater good of the family always being at our side.

Gamble has got the most wonderful temperament, you can literally do anything with him. He is never snappy or aggressive and we have never ever seen him moody, sulky or in a bad mood.

When we buy anything new for him he is always so grateful and makes a big fuss as if to thank us for it.  He is really sociable and loves people and a quick trip round the block has turned time consuming as many people stop to comment on how lovely he is. He has become something of a village celebrity!!

It is usual to find Gamble propped up against the sofa on his back with his legs in the air having his tummy tickled, unfortunately though often farting at the same time........!

So thanks again for giving us such an angel, he truly is a gift from God. He makes our lives complete and we can't imagine being without him.

Dear Karen,

Hello there, it's Suzi Bee here, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how much I like living in my new Home!!!

I have made lots of new friends by my favourite one of all of them is my new best friend Courtney, she is a human girl and she has got lots of blonde fur on her head! she is lovely to me and we have loads of fun and games!!

I like my new mum and dad too they feed me my favourite foods and I have a nice warm bed and they gave me a lovely new toy!!  But I think it was Courtney that chose it for me!!

We have neem up on a place called Baildon Moors a few times since I came to stay, for some walks and I love it! But I do like to sleep a lot afterwards but that is nice too!!

Well I must be off now as I am tired again learning to type letters!

Hope all the others are well too and that you arn't missing me too much, I think about you and will never forget how kind you were to me!!

Well see you later, I will make sure my new family keep in touch and if they go on holidays I can come and visit you for a while it will be nice too see you again.
